These terms govern your use of jobsecured.co and describe the services offered by JobSecured LLC ("JobSecured," "we," "us," "our"). By using this website or interacting with our service, you agree to these terms.
What we do
JobSecured provides AI-powered call answering services to plumbing and HVAC businesses in the San Antonio, Texas area. When a participating business cannot answer a call, our virtual assistant answers on their behalf, captures caller information, answers common questions, books appointments, and transfers urgent calls to the business.
Client service agreements
Paid answering services are provided to business clients under a separate written service agreement. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that client. Services are billed month to month with no long-term contract, and clients may cancel at any time.
Callers to lines we answer
If you call a business whose phone line is answered by our service, your call is recorded and transcribed, and recording is disclosed at the start of the call. Information you provide is delivered to the business you called so they can serve you. Appointment availability, pricing, and completion of any work are the sole responsibility of the business you called.
Text messages
Text messages related to our service are governed by our SMS Terms. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload our systems, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, placing abusive or fraudulent calls to lines we answer, or using automated systems to scrape or harvest information from the site.
Intellectual property
The JobSecured name, wordmark, website content, and service materials are the property of JobSecured LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Disclaimers
The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the service accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any call, message, or booking will be completed. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors; final confirmation of pricing, scheduling, and service details always rests with the business you called.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSecured LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the website or service. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable client service agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
